Oryza is an Italian agri-food company that was founded in 2002 in a historic farmhouse in the Vercelli area, which is renowned for the production of Italian rice.
The business began by selling organic, locally-sourced rice, produced in the rice fields adjacent to the farmhouse. .

From trade
to gluten-free production
In 2006, we expanded our activities beyond rice cultivation and commercialization to include the production of organic cereal cakes. In 2013, we moved our business from the historic farmhouse to the new Tricerro factory, where we started producing gluten-free and organic products..
